The goal of SoftwareByDavid is to provide high quality programs including full source code with complete development tutorials all at a very reasonable price without any copyright restrictions.

We find that there are many times that we as developers could really use a simple but significant example on how to do a particular common task but can not find a quality example on the internet. We believe that the lack of financial reward contributes to many code examples not being well designed. We believe that charging a small, reasonable fee for the code examples on this site will help insure that the code example's quality and support will be greatly improved.

The executables for most examples will be avaliable for downloading for free to help the user determine if they want the source code and documentation. User of the examples will be able to rate the examples and provide comments.
